Who is Mending Souls?

Mending Souls is a small ministry founded by Dennis & Amy Lyn Miller. Brother Dennis was led to the Lord by Amy Lyn while dating and has experienced a growing passion to serve the Lord. Brother Dennis was ordained to the ministry in a Baptist church and believes in the simplicity of the salvation message to reach the lost.

What is Mending Souls?

Mending Souls is a Bible believing, Gospel preaching ministry, with an emphasis on the joy of salvation, the promise of eternity with an ever-loving God and the importance of old -fashioned morals, ethics and family values. This Ministry encourages the use of the King James Bible, the infallible Word of God!

Where can Mending Souls Ministries be found?

Mending Souls can be found all across the country. Wheels and a Prayer provides church services at campgrounds, from state to state. The first Christmas ministry provided gifts to children throughout Fauquier County in Virginia, spreading Jesus' love during the Christmas Season. Last season, the Christmas ministry took on a whole new "look", this time in Windsor, Colorado, however the purpose remains the same...the spreading of Jesus' love during the celebration of His birth!

When did Mending Souls Ministries take root?

Brother Dennis was born again in the fall of 1997. The Millers relocated from upstate New York to Northern Virginia in 2000 and began faithfully attending a local church. While music leader of this church, Brother Dennis felt the conviction of the Holy Spirit to serve. In 2003 Brother Dennis surrendered to the Lord's call to preach, becoming ordained to the Gospel Ministry in October. In 2004, the Lord burdened the Millers with a mission to serve the local nursing home community. In May of 2005 Mending Souls provided its first prayer service to residents of an assisted living center. Out of that initial calling, other ministry avenues have opened. In April 2008 the Lord transplanted the Millers and the ministry to the state of Colorado. Today the Millers are overjoyed, as the Lord continues to expand the mission of Mending Souls Ministries.
